Data Recovery Services

DriveMedic provides data recovery services for data files on IDE or Serial ATA drives, both 2.5” and 3.5”. Data files can be any combination (excluding your operating system) of: image/picture files, graphics, documents or email. All recoverable data will be provided to you on CD, DVD or USB backup device depending on the amount of data recovered.

How Does It Work?

	A Data Recovery Service Representative gathers information and assesses your situation.
	You choose your desired service level and the data you want recovered.
	You package and send the media to our DriveMedic lab.
	After receiving the media, our Data Recovery Engineers perform a diagnosis and your sales representative will provide you with the findings, recommendations and costs.
	If our engineers find that no data can be recovered, your diagnosis fee will be refunded.
	You approve the recovery process of your chosen data.
	Our Data Recovery Engineers perform the repairs and recovery.
	Your recovered data is saved on either CD, DVD or a USB backup hard drive.
	Your original media and recovered data are sent back to you.
