Drive Recovery Services and Pricing

Data Recovery Service Levels – Standard, Priority or Expedited. Customers choose the level of data recovery service and provide a deposit concurrent with the service desired:

Service Level Turn Around Timeframe     Standard Service non-rush, Monday – Friday data recovery service work completed in 7 – 10 business days (exclusive of shipping). $100 Diagnostic Fee. (Data recovery costs range from $200 to $1100, depending upon amount of data recovered.)     Priority Service rush – Monday – Friday data recovery service work completed in 3 – 5 business days (exclusive of shipping). $200 Diagnostic Fee. (Data recovery costs range from $500 to $3300, depending upon amount of data recovered.)     Expedited Service 24/7, data recovery service work continues until completed, typically 1-3 days (exclusive of shipping). $300 Diagnostic Fee. (Data recovery costs range from $1000 to $5000, depending upon amount of data recovered.)

Shipping & Delivery

DriveMedic ships recovered data for delivery Monday – Friday. (Saturday delivery is available for Expedited Service only) Shipping is available Monday – Friday. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the DriveMedic customer.

Data Recovery Costs

DriveMedic data recovery services range in price and complexity depending on individual data loss situations.

Payment

DriveMedic accepts corporate checks, bank money orders or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).

Returning Recovered Data

DriveMedic will return your recovered data on CD, DVD or external USB hard drive depending on the amount of data recovered (media is solely at DriveMedic’s discretion)
