Shipping

The CMS Products offers a variety of shipping and handling options at several different prices and delivery schedules through FedEx and UPS. All International orders are subject to special shipping terms. Customers who order from outside the United States will receive a separate email stating estimated shipping cost.

Next Day Air: Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or the end of next business day depending on location. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, including UPS and FedEx.

2nd Day Air: Delivery to every address throughout the United States (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, including UPS and FedEx.

3 Day Select: The ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery, UPS 3 Day Select guarantees delivery within three business days to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states. Item's may be shipped by a variety of carriers, including UPS and FedEx.

Standard Ground Shipping: 2 to 7 business days after shipment within continental U.S. We do not offer UPS Ground to Alaska or Hawaii, select 2nd Day Air within those states. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, including UPS and FedEx.

FedEx First Overnight - Overnight delivery to major markets by 8:00 or 8:30 a.m., depending on destination ZIP code.

FedEx Standard Overnight - Overnight delivery by 3 p.m. to most US addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas.

FedEx Ground - 1-5 business days within 48 contiguous states 3-7 business days to/from Alaska and Hawaii.

FedEx Priority - Overnight delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most US addresses; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays; by noon or 4:30 p.m. in remote areas.Please visit www.fedex.com or www.ups.com for specific delivery times and service availability for your area.

Carrier Selection

NOTE: From time to time, it may be necessary to ship products with special handling rules, service levels and/or weight and size restrictions using another carrier. You will be notified at time of shipment which carrier has been selected for your order and details on how to obtain delivery information.

 

  • Products that are currently in stock typically ship out the same day, if your order is received by 12 noon P.S.T. and your payment has been verified. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays.
     

  • If your shipping information differs from your bill to information, your order may be delayed for verification. Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, U.S. Territories or international addresses.

 

Shipping Service Level

CMS will ship products according to your selected shipping instructions. CMS will ship product Monday-Friday 8-5 p.m.. Orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours, pending approved credit. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. If CMS learns it cannot ship within the estimated times, you will be advised via email of the new estimated shipment date. For items on backorder, CMS may ship whenever the product becomes available without any notice to you.

 

Do I have to pay customs fees if I live in Canada

Custom and tariff fees may apply, as our orders are shipped from the United States. Please reference your country's import laws for more information.

             

Tracking Your Order

Just login to your account and click on orders. Tracking information is available from Federal Express and UPS 24 hours after your order ships. Orders placed for in-stock items before 2 p.m. PST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. PST will ship the following business day, Monday through Friday. There is no Saturday or Sunday shipping.

 

 

Returns and Replacements

CMS will authorize returns and exchanges up to 30 days, with the exception of ABSplus and Velocity Series backup systems, which have a limited 90 day money back guarantee. CMS does not provide refunds for opened, non-defective software or software downloads. Defective software may be returned within 30 days of shipment for replacement only. The replacement product will be the same title and version as the original product ordered.

Should you wish to return the item for any reason, you must call CMS Customer Service at 1-(714) 424-5520 to receive an RMA number and you must do so prior to the end of the 30th day following shipment of the product by CMS. All returns must be in the original CMS packaging and contain all items provided with the product.

After the 30 day period you may only return the product pursuant to CMS' limited warranty terms. All returns must be in the original CMS packaging and contain all items provided with the product.

Refusal Policy

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or in the event continual delivery attempts fail, will be returned to CMS Products and credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. CMS may assess additional handling charges if incorrect address information is provided or product is refused and returned. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for a credit to be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to make immediate and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment in the event of a failed delivery.

Instructions for Returns
To return a product please follow these simple steps:

Request a Return Authorization Number by calling 1- (714) 424-5520.

2.

Write Your RMA Number on Your Return - Once you have received your RMA number, please write it clearly on the outside of the package to be returned. If the RMA# number is marked incorrectly or incomplete or not on the package at all it may create a delay in credit or re-shipment of repaired product.

All products must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging. If your product was shipped in a standard carton, please be sure to return using the same or similar packaging. When using the original carton, please ensure that previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely.

3.

Ship the Product Back to Us - We advise that you ship the product back to us via UPS or FedEx to ensure proper delivery. CMS Products will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our center or without a Proof of Delivery signature. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a 'lost' shipment until a credit has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped.

Receive Your Refund or Replacement - Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only. Replacements will ship within 72 hours of receipt of your return, excluding weekends and holidays.
